You may use this form to request information about a property within the jurisdiction of the Pike Township Fire Department. Please note that the Pike Township Fire Department only retains records of hazardous chemical spills/leaks from 1/1/2014 to present. Historical records prior to 1/1/2014 may be available from the City of Indianapolis. Additionally, fire inspection records, including those pertaining to open fire code violations and/or the last date of inspection, are only available from 1/1/2025 to present. The Pike Township Fire Department does not collect data pertaining to above or below-ground storage tanks.
